Teach Me Happy has a unique, exciting and progressive curriculum that aims to spark our student’s interests back into education. We focus on the individual to tailor make a curriculum alongside highly supported learning to ensure that each student achieves their full potential.
Teach Me Happy can be commissioned by schools, councils or parents/guardians to provide education for children who may be at risk of exclusion or find it difficult to be taught in a mainstream setting.
Facilities
Located in Dunnington, a small village 5 minutes drive from the A64 York. Our facilities include three classrooms, a personal learning space, kitchen, and an outdoor space. Our farm at Bubwith includes stables and a paddock with outdoor learning classroom, fire pit, polytunnel and raised beds.
Horse Riding
We now offer horse riding as part of our curriculum. Horse Riding lessons are held Monday-Thursday afternoons and also Friday mornings for children who are interested in learning how to ride. We also offer private horse riding lessons, see our dedicated horse riding lesson page for more details.
