Referrals

We are now accepting referrals for children and young people seeking placements within Teach Me Happy.

 

To begin the process, please complete the enquiry form below. Once received, a member of our team will be in touch to provide our full referral form and discuss the individual needs of the young person.

 

We aim to make the referral process straightforward, supportive, and tailored, ensuring we fully understand each child’s requirements before confirming suitability.

 

 

 

Visits & Initial Discussions

We welcome visits from parents, carers, schools, and professionals who would like to learn more about our provision.

 

• Weekday visits are available from 2:45pm onwards

• Weekend visits are available by appointment only

 

 

Visits provide an opportunity to see our setting, ask questions, and explore whether Teach Me Happy is the right fit.

 

 

 

What Happens Next?

​

Once a referral form has been completed and returned:

 

• We will review the information provided

• A discussion may be arranged with parents, carers, and/or professionals

• A visit or transition plan may be organised where appropriate

• Placement suitability will be confirmed as quickly as possible
